Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Orders

All our designs are handmade, sometimes due to supply issues we have to exchange flowers, foliage and dried elements. Any exchanged items will be the nearest colour, shape and style to go with the theme of your arrangements without any notice given.

Silk flowers and foliage purchased from our suppliers can vary slightly in colour and tone, we endeavour to create designs as close to the colour and shape of the images provided in our online shop

Bespoke orders must be paid in full for delivery required within 12 to 8 weeks of the order being confirmed. Any bespoke orders made in advance of 3 months a 30% deposit of your total cost is required, with the final balance due 12 weeks before delivery. We allow changes to orders with a deposit made only.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, you will be notified and reimbursed for items we are unable to fulfil.

We reserve the right to photograph and reproduce pictures of our online shop designs and bespoke orders for marketing on social media and our website.

For online shop orders once your order has been confirmed and within 14 days of purchase we will allow small changes to your order where possible for an additional fee.

Shipping

All products on the website including bespoke orders are available for shipping within the UK only.

Dried floral elements are natural products that will shed and the customer accepts this can occur during shipping and when handling.

Pease ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your contact telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

All products are dispatched suitably packaged for delivery purposes. If goods arrive damaged the consumer must sign for the package and contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence via email.

We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.

Shop orders are delivered within 6-8 weeks of the order being confirmed. Bespoke orders will be notified of there expected delivery.

Cancellation

Any deposits made to Silk Florals by Natasha are none refundable. As soon as your order is confirmed we start purchasing Silk flowers, foliage and dried elements to ensure we are able to supply and create your designs.

Due to each product being handmade, which takes skill and time we do not except refunds. The only exception where a partial to full refund is acceptable is due to damaged goods. We must be notified within 24 hours of signing for your parcel with photographic evidence via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject your order whenever it becomes necessary and you will be reimbursed the deposits or full payments made to us.

Liability

We are not held responsible for any injury to the consumer that may occur due to our products. Pins for corsages and buttonholes are used at your own risk.

Some silk flowers and foliage can include latex, please contact us if you have any concerns.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Silk Florals By Natasha and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Silk Florals By Natasha.

Silk Florals By Natasha has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Silk Florals By Natasha shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We have the right to change our prices online at any given time. Items ordered and confirmed via our shop or by bespoke order quotation is the correct price given at that time and will not affect your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
