When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders placed in our online shop will be delivered within 6- 8 weeks of the order confirmed. 

2. Do you offer consultations?

We offer free Zoom consultations for bespoke orders only. We are always on hand to reply to your queries via email for any orders. Free face to face consultations are available to anyone within West and North Yorkshire.

3. Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, we have a minimum spend of £150 for our online shop plus delivery. We have a minimum spend of £300 for bespoke orders plus delivery.

4. When should I place my order?

We recommend to place your order as soon as possible. Sometimes silk and dried flower items we buy from suppliers can be out of stock and this gives us plenty of time to ensure we have every stem we require for your designs.

5. Can you alter an item once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to items purchased within our shop range. Bespoke orders secured with a deposit can be modified before the final payment is made.

6. How do bespoke orders work?

Bespoke orders can be made and delivered within 8 weeks. We offer a free Zoom consultation where we run through your visual ideas and create a quote for you. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit for orders placed 3 months in advance. Orders required sooner require full payment.

7. How do I look after my flowers?

Keep your designs away from sunlight, direct heat and damp areas. Keeping your items in the original package until use is the best way to maintain the quality.

8. How are the bouquet stems tied?

Bouquets include a fitted ribbon, usually we have to fully cover the stems due to wiring for a neater finish

Shipping & Returns:

1. Do you deliver over seas?

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

2. Do you allow returns?

As all items are handmade and take time and care to create we do not except returns. However, in the event that items are damaged you can notify us by email within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

3. How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are dependent on the size of your order and are worked out at the Checkout

4. How will my flowers by delivered?

Each design is carefully wrapped and placed in a durable box for transportation

1. What payment methods you accept?

For our online shop we accept Apple and Google Pay, debit and credit cards, direct bank transfer. For bespoke orders we accept direct bank transfer.
